Refund Policy 退費政策:

Tuition refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Principal. Refunds are subject to the following schedule:

• Before first day of class: Full refund minus $30 administration fee
• Within first 4 weeks: 75% refund
• After 4 weeks: No refund

退費申請須以書面向校長提出。退費依照以下規定辦理：開學前退費，扣除$30行政費；開學四週內退費75%；四週後不退費。

Photo/Video Release 照片/影片授權:

I grant permission to Calgary Mandarin School to photograph or videotape my child(ren) for promotional, educational, and school-related purposes including but not limited to the school website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.

本人授權卡城中文學校為教學、宣傳及校務相關目的拍攝照片或影片，包括但不限於學校網站、社群媒體、通訊及宣傳資料。

Liability Waiver 免責聲明:

I understand that Calgary Mandarin School, its staff, and volunteers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during school hours or school-related activities. I agree to release and hold harmless the school from any claims arising from my child's participation in school activities.

本人了解卡城中文學校及其教職員工、義工對於在校時間或學校相關活動中發生的任何傷害、意外或個人物品遺失概不負責。本人同意免除學校因孩子參與學校活動而產生之任何索賠責任。
